Payrate : $22 / hr-$32 / hr depending on experience
Schedule :
Must be able to work on Saturdays
Monday-Friday from 4 : 00 am - 2 : 30 pm
Saturdays from 4 : 00 am - 12 : 30 pm

What's a typical day as a Centerless Grinder Set Up Operator? You'll be :
- Planning and performing close tolerance set-ups with multiple material types
- Training, instructing, and setting up for lower level employees
- Setting up and operating the Cincinnati #2 OM Grinding Machine
- Establishing proper grinding wheel speeds and stock removal rates for optimum efficiency
- Performing 1st article inspection before operating or turning over to another operator
- Actively participating in continuous improvement activities
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Working with minimal supervision to independently perform the job
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Have good communication skills
- Are proficient in blueprint reading
- Have experience with inspection tools (Micrometer, Caliper, Drop gages, etc.)
- Have at least 2-3 years of related experience
- Experience with Cincinnati Centerless Grinders is preferred
