The Role

DRIVENETS is seeking a Sales Leader to build and grow business with a focus on the Western region MSO’s and other regional accounts as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow sales by successfully selling DriveNet's Network Cloud solutions to key decision-makers at our target Cable accounts in the region.
  • Lead sales to achieve bookings
  • Develop strategic sales plans and drive team efforts to develop new business opportunities through penetration and sales
  • Drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent fair and effective sales performance management
  • Develop and grow C-level relationships with customers to support and develop high-level sales opportunities
  • Develop sales forecasts and budgets to achieve quotas and revenue attainment
  • Demonstrate leadership across all internal organizations to pull and utilize resources to achieve goals with customers
  • Act as the main point of contact to implement account strategy for key customers and understand key business drivers
  • Identify product solutions and develop product offerings to meet customer needs at desirable profitability margins
  • Hire a team as future account growth and pipeline evolves

Qualifications / Requirements

  • 8+ years of recent success selling router networking solutions to key decision-makers at targeted MSO’s in the Western region of the US.
  • Relationships with Director, C Levels, and other key decision-makers at targeted customers.
  • BS / BA Degree and / or related job experience
  • Candidates should have a solid mix of sales, technical, and business capabilities and possess a deep understanding of service provider routing and networking
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with a strong ability to develop sales
  • High energy and excellent communicator
  • Self-starter and motivated to win deals and work in a startup environment
  • Capable of acting as an individual contributor and leader
