Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the HR team in sourcing and hiring top talent for the organization. This is a contract position lasting 4-5 months, requiring a background check.
Key Responsibilities :
- Work closely with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop hiring strategies for each role.
- Identify, attract, and source hard-to-find passive talent using niche sites / channels such as LinkedIn and other social media.
- Possess working knowledge of compensation skills to determine appropriate salaries.
- Resolve any issues and barriers associated with facilitating seamless onboarding for new employees.
- Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing employees.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
- High-volume recruiting experience.
- Proficient in ATS / HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Independent, strong written and verbal communication skills, organized, dependable.
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.
