Job Description
Our Client, a global Pharmaceutical Company, seeks an IT Program Manager to lead a program of Salesforce Service Cloud integration projects for their Contact Center.
This is a remote position with occasional travel, supporting EST hours.
Job Description :
- Guide overall strategy for ongoing global implementations with the mindset of a Product Manager
- Partner with cross-functional teammates to drive workgroup alignment meetings to address tactical release issues, dependencies, team status, production issues, metrics review, achievements, etc.

- Provide monthly program reviews and updates at sprint reviews (deep dive into the current state of project goals, risks, and critical issues)
- Manage the budget for the Salesforce Service Cloud initiatives
- Own overall success of the Salesforce.com Service Cloud product
- 5+ years of successfully implementing and managing SaaS product development programs; strong knowledge of the SaaS business model and its product development lifecycle

- 5+ years of Salesforce implementations
- Experience with Telephony and AI Integrations required
- Proven experience in technical project management or Solutions Architecture, with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture
- 5+ years of solution management experience for software or SaaS experience
