Responsibilities :
- Projectsinclude the study / design of roadway and site lighting trafficsignals for State / municipal clients and ITS improvements for publicagencies
- Designpump station electrical systems generator sizing and siteelectricalimprovements
- Prepareplans specifications and cost estimates and preliminarystudies
- Supervise / mentorother staff on largerprojects
- Coordinatewith other disciplines on multidisciplineprojects
- Reviewand check engineering work completed bystaff
- Build / maintainclientrelationships
- Mentor / trainjuniorstaff
Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Civil or ElectricalEngineering
- 5years ofexperience
- PELicense or ability to obtain in twoyears
- ProficientinMicroStation
- Experiencewith IDOT / Illinois Tollway projectspreferred
- CDOT / INDOTexperiencepreferred
Salaryis commensurate with experience.
