Salesforce Solution Design Technical Lead

Position Focus :

As a Senior Salesforce Application Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, including custom application development, system integration, and data migration.

You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of complex Salesforce applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.

Develop customized solutions by leveraging Salesforce’s configuration capabilities and integrating third-party applications to provide robust scalable solutions that meet business needs without extensive custom coding.

Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity between Salesforce and other systems.

Conduct configuration reviews, enforce automation standards, and ensure best practices are followed.

Mentor junior configuration analysts and provide technical guidance to the team.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance as needed.

Stay current with Salesforce updates and new features, assessing their potential impact on the organization and recommending implementation strategies.

May perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties

Design, analyze, code, test, debug, document and maintain highly complex enterprise systems; develop enhancements that enable a positive end-user Formulate, define, and document system scope and objectives to develop or modify highly complex software Analyze and amend software errors in a timely and accurate fashion and provide status reports where Define projects, organize a project team, and direct project activities;

provide technical guidance to less experienced programmer / analyst; may instruct, direct, and check the work of other application Research, analyze, design, document, and modify software specifications throughout the production life Creates and implements project specifications / plans for projects with significant inter-dependency with other systems and / or or modify procedures to solve complex problems related to computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelor's Degree and seven years of experience or equivalent education and experience.

Required Skill / Ability 1 :

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security and sharing rules.

Required Skill / Ability 2 :

Expertise in Flows and Lightning Web components. Experience with DevOps. Strong understanding of Apex, Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL.

Required Skill / Ability 3 :

Well-developed analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Well-developed interpersonal, written, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Required Skill / Ability 4 :

Proven ability to manage multiple / complex projects, meeting deadlines and budget.

Required Skill / Ability 5 :

Proven ability to lead and manage staff.

Preferred Education, Experience and Skills :

Six or more years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.

Preferred Licenses or Certifications :

Salesforce Platform Developer II or equivalent advanced certification.
