Required qualifications :
- Associate's Degree or Graduate of an APTA accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program.
- Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire or
- Washington Physical Therapy Assistant Interim Permit upon hire or
- Washington Physical Therapy Assistant Temporary License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred qualifications :
1 year Experience as a PTA in adult rehabilitation
