Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a luxury appliance client in Dallas, Texas who is actively looking to hire qualified individuals for a Sales and Product Training Specialist career.
The ideal candidate will be able to design and deliver comprehensive training programs, conduct engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, and more.

Sales and Product Training Specialist Responsibilities :
- Develop and deliver training programs focused on product features and benefits
- Create engaging training materials including presentations and product documentation
- Conduct training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and retail partners
- Collaborate with sales leadership to provide strategic support and training
- Travel extensively to deliver hands-on, in-field training to various locations
Sales and Product Training Specialist Qualifications :
- Have experience in sales or sales training, preferably in the appliance industry
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Demonstrate public speaking and presentation skills
- Possess strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Be self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and a flexible attitude
