Midwestmultidisciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Senior Civil EngineeringProject Manager to their team inHouston!
Responsibilities :
- Prepareand / or monitor project scopes budgets andschedules
- Deliverprojects on time and withinbudget
- Workwith business development to prepare proposals and statement ofqualifications
- Leadmultiple projects and provide technicalguidance
- Communicateproject updates with team andmanagement
- Preparewastewater treatment plant designs water designs and watercalculations
- Reviewdraft agreements and provide input / approve for scope andfee
- Identifystaffing needs and assist withhiring
- Mentor / trainjunior staff and provide developmentopportunities
- Evaluatestaff regularly (client satisfaction project schedule projectbudget billings QA / QC) and perform staffevaluations
- Ensureall technical aspects of the project (design specificationsreports) meet QA / QCstandards
- Attendclient / agency meetings on behalf offirm
- Monitordepartmentperformance
Requirements :
- B.S.degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accrediteduniversity
- 12years of progressive consulting civil engineeringexperience
- 5years of project management / designexperience
- PELicense preferably inTexas
- Water / wastewaterdesign experience including wastewater treatmentplants
- Municipalutilities servicesexperience
- Knowledgeof engineeringprinciples
- Advancedengineeringexpertise
- Abilityto travel using owntransportation
Salary is commensuratewithexperience.
