This commitment extends to the family and community of our patients as a whole.We are pleased to announce the following open position of Part Time HR Assistant (Staff Development Coordinator) This position is responsible for providing focused orientation and education for the Behavioral Health staff.
The Education Coordinator role assesses staff training and development needs on an on-going basis. This individual coordinates and teaches orientation and other training programs.
The Staff Development Coordinator coordinates and ensures completion of annual mandatory training and ensures competency of staff, maintains hospital’s training calendar and is responsible for the Health stream on-line training tool.
This role requires very strong orgnanizational skills and clerical skills. This position is in charge of all the education files and audits the files regularly.

Qualifications
Job Requirements :
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years Staff Education experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products preferred.
- Must have very strong organizational skills and be a self starter
