What you will do :
- Lead the Northwest Marketing Team and Contractors (when applicable).
- Schedule marketing meetings and one-on-ones with team members on a recurring basis.
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop creative ways to promote the company.
- Assist in strategically planning and implementing overall marketing strategies for Pediatrics Plus.
- Understand preschool enrollment and therapy projections.
- Analyze referrals as related to marketing.
- Fulfill weekly reporting requests.
- Responsible for creating the overall marketing calendar of events.
- Responsible for sending out company-wide email communications from Leadership.
- Keep current on ways to improve marketing materials including, but not limited to, Social Media and the Pediatrics Plus websites, as trends change or needs arise.
- Determine Digital Marketing Services within current online marketing budgets and contractor relationships. Decide when to adjust services and spending to meet referral needs.
- Manage marketing budgets.
- Update and maintain Pediatrics Plus’ websites.
- Coordinate creative requests.
- Coordinate photography and videography for the company.
- Ensures all photos taken by outside media follow our guidelines and only include children with releases.
- Responsible for attending location specific marketing events and works to promote those events, as well as organizing all marketing materials to be given at each event.
This will include some weekends).
- Responsible for organizing and attending location specific weekly doctor visits, including food delivery, marketing materials, and relationship building.
- Responsible for organizing location specific sponsorships.
- Responsible for applying for location specific business awards.
- Ensure Pediatrics Plus has a working relationship with other businesses, local influencers, mom / parent groups, churches, and chambers in the assigned locations and surrounding communities.
- Attend location specific business functions as a representative of Pediatrics Plus for the purpose of networking and making connections within the community.
- Work to be a face for Pediatrics Plus by visiting location specific neighboring businesses, doctors and specialists acting as the boots on the ground liaison.
- Participate in weekly team meeting, weekly 1-on-1s, and annual performance reviews for professional development and growth.

Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years marketing experience, preferred.
Travel :
- Must be available and willing to travel as needed.
- Dependable means of transportation required.
- Some overnight travel required.
