About the role
As a Senior Technical Recruiter at GlossGenius, you will be responsible for owning the end to end recruiting process to attract and hire top-tier technical talent across the United States, Canada, and Colombia.
You will partner closely with engineering leaders to deeply understand our hiring needs and create a strategy to execute on our ambitious hiring goals.
You will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Recruiting. This role will operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in our New York City office (Tuesdays & Thursdays).
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches across the Engineering organization including both one-off and evergreen roles
- Own sourcing for a variety of roles which will include talent mapping, market research, referral generation, and other creative strategies to find stellar technical talent
- Manage stakeholder relationships, creating alignment on priorities, and leveraging data to influence decision making and strategy
- Analyze conversion metrics throughout the pipeline and provide recommendations on how to make our processes more efficient
- Execute on key initiatives and projects with client groups that will continuously improve and scale our recruiting operations and results
- Drive offer processes for candidates, including extending offers and managing complex negotiations
- Act as a mentor for other recruiting team members
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, including at least 2 in a high-growth start-up environment
- You have experience partnering directly with engineering leaders to deliver on ambitious hiring plans including a track record of filling the most senior and complex roles including staff-level and leadership positions
- You have experience innovating and executing on creative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent
- You’ve had experience with tough candidate closes and can talk about the levers you’ve used to help get candidates across the finish line
- You have a clear understanding on how to leverage recruiting data to unblock yourself, make recommendations, and influence hiring processes
- You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment with a high sense of urgency while not compromising on attention to detail and quality
- You have a customer-focused attitude, excellent interpersonal skills to handle all levels within an organization, and a track record of providing a high-touch experience to both candidates and hiring managers

The starting base salary for this role in NYC is between $130,000 to $155,000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills, experience, location, and education.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
