Manager Cardiac Interventional Services

Nealy Pierce has been retained by Logan Health, a non-profit, independent health system with a flagship Level II Trauma Center, to help them identify and attract a Manager for their Interventional, Cardiovascular and Cardiac Services department, overseeing Interventional Cardiology, Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology, Structural Heart, Echo sonography, and Cardiac Cath Lab.

This role will focus on the day-to-day operations of the departments and will be well supported by 2 Assistant Nurse Managers with 40+ FTE's, and a strong senior leadership team.

We are looking for :

• Bachelors prepared Nurse (RN required)
• Previous clinical experience in interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, electrophysiology, structural heart, cath lab, or echo sonography required
• Minimum of 2 years Leadership Experience required
• An engaging leader who can guide change and process improvement initiatives, with the ability to develop the team
• Someone who is data-driven in their decision-making process and able to develop / implement best practices
• Someone with an INSPIRATIONAL servant leadership style who others gravitate towards and love to collaborate with, who can work well in any situation as a leader
