Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on solving complex design challenges? i3 Product Development is seeking a Senior UX Designer to shape intuitive and emotionally resonant digital products across industries, from med tech to smart agriculture.

Join our multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers, collaborating on 100+ projects annually. With in-house prototyping, rapid iteration cycles, and a passion for crafting meaningful experiences, every day offers something new.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research and ideation through prototyping and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and engineers to define and refine project goals.
  • Conduct user research (interviews, testing, competitive analysis) to inform design direction.
  • Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Iterate based on feedback, testing, and analytics to continuously enhance the user experience.
  • Clearly present and articulate design decisions to internal teams and clients.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of professional UX design experience (preferably in a consultancy or agency environment).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong grasp of user research methodologies and how to apply insights to design.
  • Confidence in public speaking and presenting, especially during sales or client discussions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and independently own your work.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.
