We are searching for a Senior Architectural Drafter with single-family home drafting experience.
Location : Remote
Pay : $30 / hr - $35 / hr
Required :
- Associates degree in Drafting / Design.
- 5+ years’ experience in single family residential architectural design.
- Proficiency using AutoCAD.
- Proficiency using Revit.
Job Description :
- Uses AutoCAD to produce construction documents using designs of others.
- Follows applicable guidelines for project standards.
- Convert limited verbal and written directions from Job Captain or Project Manager into a finished product or document.
- Proofreads own work and may proofread work of others.
- Generates architectural plans and artwork.
- Communicates with builder regarding construction questions.
