supports and assists at marketing events. Activities are broad in scope and require exceptional focus on detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
Customer service skills are essential. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, fun environment is a requirement.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
1. Assists in all functions and responsibilities of the marketing department related to sales, move-ins, events, and resident relations.
2. Acts as the liaison between the future resident, sales staff, vendors and community management to assist in the smooth transition of becoming a resident.
3. Logs and maintains all activities in the CRM / lead-tracking system.
4. Assists with planning and executing marketing events.
5. Assists the sales team in touring and meeting with prospective residents.
6. Must be able to relate to all levels of management / professionals.
7. Maintains professional business attire, appearance, manner, and approach while on duty.
8. Must be punctual and regular in attendance.
9. Performs other duties as assigned by the VP of Sales and Marketing and / or the CEO.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, CERTIFICATIONS, AND LICENSING :
- Excellent verbal, written, telephone and communication skills mandatory
- Strong proficiency with standard office equipment and PC programs including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop and Illustratus
- Skills to handle multiple priorities and projects with appropriate prioritization
- Ability to work independently and take initiative, anticipating and resolving issues and problems
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field
- Minimum of two years in Sales, advertising, or graphic design
- Experience working with seniors preferred but not mandatory
- Flexibility in hours (may require some evenings, weekends, holidays)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Walk for long distances for tours, etc.
- Stand, sit, bend, reach, etc.
LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICAL, AND REASONING SKILLS :
- Ability to ask questions to discern facts, make appropriate, and sound decisions.
- Strong language and grammatical skills to explain agreements.
- Strong mathematical skills to calculate fees, costs, etc.
