  • Coordinate with OPE staff members on the implementation and utilization of a systemwide data collection software to create more consistent and sustainable public engagement data strategies.
  • Clean, analyze, and communicate public engagement data in alignment with various stakeholder groups, including the Executive Vice President and Provost, Office of the President, Board of Regents, Chancellors, other senior administrators, University Senate committees, public engagement faculty and staff, legislators, and external community partners.
  • With the Director for Public Engagement Initiatives, prepare and coordinate public engagement reports that support rankings and accreditation submissions including (but not limited to) the Carnegie Foundation Elective Classification for Community Engagement, Time Higher Education Impact Rankings, the Higher Learning Commission submission, Student Experience in the Research University (SERU) findings, etc.
  • Represent OPE on public engagement data and evaluation needs and efforts.
  • Participate in internal staff meetings and OPE's strategic plan development and implementation.
  • Assist, as needed, with other large-scale Office for Public Engagement projects and activities such as events and conferences.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
