Located in the vibrant heart of downtown Minneapolis' entertainment district, The Lofton Hotel offers an upscale experience with a perfect blend of modern amenities and exceptional service. You will have the opportunity for a rewarding career working with Minnesota’s first Hilton Tapestry Collection hotel, with hospitality professionals who together make the hotel one of the top ranked in Minneapolis. Compensation : $18.86 / HR
What will you be doing?
- Meet and greet guests as they arrive, gather information such as name, check guest’s reservations or log them in as set up.
- Politely take guests to table, hand them menus, wine list, and inform them who their server will be, inform them of specials and leave with a courteous greeting.
- Receive, record, and make any necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.
- Act as a cashier for Dining Room.
- Thank all guests graciously and invite them to return.
- Assist with banquet event orders and set up for private functions.
- Maintain all cleanliness and sanitation of restaurant area along with personal hygiene.
