Job Description :
We are seeking a passionate and qualified Elementary / SPED School Teacher to join our team. SPED experience is preferred but not required.
We are willing to train the right candidate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elementary education, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to nurturing the academic and social development of young learners.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and a love for learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies.
- Foster a supportive relationship with parents and guardians through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences.
- Implement classroom management techniques that promote a safe and respectful learning atmosphere.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in education.
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, such as field trips and school events.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field.
- State teaching certification.
- Proven experience working with elementary school students.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Enthusiasm for creating a positive and dynamic learning environment.
