Lead HVAC Technician

A high-level Mechanical & HVAC Company with a reputation for excellence in building is seeking commercial or residential HVAC Technicians.
This company has projections to grow at a fast rate and they're putting together an alpha team and want to find motivated individuals.
This position is due to growth!
- Full benefits after 90 days

Required :
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC Service Experience
- Must be able to work residential and commercial. - Soddering, sheet metal, heating and air conditioning, and thermostat experience
- Must have strong skillset of commercial HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding
- Strong understanding of HVAC functions, ductwork modifications and design
- Great communication skills with both clients, coworkers, and project managers.
- Strong leadership skills and work ethic is a must.
- Strong analytical and logic skills with the ability to maintain a high degree of precision on detailed work
- Must have stable background / work history to be considered for this position
