This is a fully remote position.

About the Technical Product Owner position :

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner who will serve as the critical link between the business and technical / development teams within LoadSpring.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the product backlog aligns with LoadSpring's strategic goals while remaining feasible for the development team to implement.

You will own and manage the product backlog, prioritize features based on business value and technical considerations, and collaborate closely with the development team to deliver high-quality software solutions.

What you'll do as a Technical Product Owner :

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tech ops, tech support, sales, and customer service, alongside the Product Manager, to ensure that the product backlog is prioritized and reflects current business needs.
  • Develop critical user stories and break them down into actionable tasks that can be completed in a sprint cycle for the development team.
  • Work closely with the Scrum Master to gather / develop estimated development resource efforts required to deliver against the development tasks.
  • Track overall progress against the defined product roadmap and drive work interactions as needed.
  • Regularly communicate product requirements and progress status to key internal and relevant external stakeholders.
  • Act as a customer advocate, in partnership with the Product Manager, to ensure that the product delivery is aligned with and meets the client's needs.

Requirements

What you'll need to be a successful Technical Product Owner :

  • 6+ years of related experience in a technical product owner role
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred
  • Experience in a SaaS product development environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience in Azure DevOps a must
  • Deep understanding of Oracle and Microsoft technology domains
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable tasks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
