Job Description

Proficient Bookkeeping Experience and Advanced Quickbooks Online Knowledge Required.

Please Note : a bookkeeping skills assessment will be required prior to employment.

This position is IN-OFFICE Monday - Friday

Responsibilities

Daily reconciliation of all transactions in Quickbooks Online

Daily collection and management of receivables

Monthly reconciliation of accounts

Responsible for bill payments and vendor payables

Weekly reporting to management

Process and record payroll in ADP

Deposit checks, process credit cards, wires, and ACH

Requirements

Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone

Committed to providing a positive experience for every customer

Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach

Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, or related field

Advanced QuickBooks Online experience

Proficient Bookkeeping experience including payables & receivables

Experience with Apple products such as Mac computers required

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Google Workspace product knowledge such as Google Docs & Sheets

Construction industry bookkeeping experience a plus

Requirements

Project Manager Requirements : Proven experience in account management, project management, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to upsell or add-on products to increase revenue. Proficient in using CRM software.

Ability to work in various outdoor environments and adapt to different job scenarios. Punctual, proactive, disciplined, creative, efficient, and balanced.

Open-minded with a growth mindset.
