BOOKKEEPER – URGENTLY HIRING

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join a dynamic financial group in Covina, CA. This role involves managing the bookkeeping for multiple entities, and ensuring accurate financial records across various companies.

The ideal candidate will have strong multi-company accounting experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting for multiple organizations within the group.

Pay : $30.00-$35.00 DOE Schedule : Monday Friday Benefits and Features :

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple companies, including maintaining general ledgers, processing accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring accurate financial records.
• Perform bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and intercompany account reconciliations.
• Process and track invoices, payments, and expenses for multiple entities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for each company.
• Coordinate and assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance reporting across different entities.
• Manage payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements for multiple companies.
• Monitor financial discrepancies and collaborate with the finance team to resolve issues.
• Prepare and file sales tax returns, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for all companies.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the companies under the group.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals as required.

Qualifications :

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, with proven ability to manage multiple company accounts.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience in multi-company bookkeeping and accounting.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Bookkeeping certifications such as Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or similar are a plus.

Pay : $30.00-$36.00 DOE Schedule : Monday Friday
