The Maintenance Tech is responsible for executing repairs within AT&T Stadium. The Maintenance Tech reports to the Sr. Maintenance Tech.
Job Duties :
- Perform basic maintenance repairs and troubleshoot issues as needed throughout the facility and across numerous trades
- Coordinate and direct outside contractors as needed to complete projects
- Able to work in several disciplines including mechanical / plumbing and building materials
- Perform routine preventative maintenance
- Respond to and execute work order requests in a timely fashion
- Assist with simple estimates of time, materials, and scope required to insure proper installation and specifications for project
Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience in building maintenance, construction and / or facilities required
- Able to operate forklift
- Familiarity with stadium / large venue operations preferred
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes while maintaining high levels of productivity and effectiveness under pressure
- Able to work well within a team environment, offering assistance and support to team members whenever necessary
- Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
- Able to lift 50lbs
