Blue Rock Search has partnered with a leading franchise company in the rapidly growing health & wellness industry to identify their next Franchise Business Consultant .
As a key member of our team, you will be trained in our Corporate locations (to learn our business model and operations) and play a crucial role in supporting and driving the success of our franchisees.
Your focus will be on supporting our franchisees by helping drive revenue growth and unit-level profitability, in addition to providing coaching around operational best practices and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support and Coaching : Provide ongoing support and coaching to franchisees, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to operate successfully.
- Monitoring and Improvement : Regularly assess and analyze franchisee performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance revenue growth, profitability, staff retention, and franchisee satisfaction.
- Coaching Playbook : Further enhance the brand's coaching framework and playbook with franchisees (key metrics we coach towards and how we approach business management).
- Compliance and Quality Assurance : Ensure that franchisee operations adhere to our brand standards and comply with industry regulations.
- Building and Networking : Foster strong relationships with franchisees, encouraging collaboration and a community-focused approach.
- Crisis Management : Serve as a liaison between franchisees and our franchisor team and provide support in resolving operational, financial, or reputational challenges faced by franchisees.
Objectives :
- Franchisee Revenue : Achieve growth above baseline for franchisees that you manage.
- Franchisee Profitability and Margin Profile : Improve franchisee bottom-line and margins through coaching around financial targets, cost structure, and operations.
- Customer Satisfaction : Elevate customer satisfaction scores (NPS) through coaching franchisees on enhanced service and experience standards.
- Training and Compliance : Achieve +90% compliance with brand standards and operational procedures across all franchise units that you manage.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years experience in franchise coaching / business management with some past experience in 4-wall operations experience within the health, wellness, beauty and / or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency as a coach able to set goals, drive accountability while developing empathy, and understanding how to motivate a diverse franchise base with differing backgrounds / needs.
- Ability to analyze P&Ls and connect financial outputs with underlying operational actions / recommendations.
- Ability to deal with stressed counterparties and crisis-management situations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between multiple groups (franchisees, franchisor team, vendors, etc.).
