The cleaning technician is responsible for managing daily work order completion, jobsite quality control, and fulfilling the needs of our customers to the best of their capabilities.

Typical Schedule : Mon-Fri, 7 : 00am 2 : 00pm
Hours Per Week : 30 Hours Average
Pay : Starts at $17 per hour during 2 week training.
Earn more Depending on Efficiency / Job Completion - There is no cap on your pay.

WHAT'S REQUIRED :
- Great attitude, good with people, happy about life!
- Attention to detail
- Clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do not clean high rise windows!
- You will drive to between 5 to 10 businesses per day to complete window cleaning jobs within our territory.
- Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks.
- The more efficient you get at this position, the more money you make.
- We are looking for candidates that maintain Positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary Customer Service.

Physical Requirements :
- Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs
- Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist, and arms
- Able to work with arms above head
- Able to bend and squat to ground level
- Able to work in temperatures ranging from 30 to 110 degrees
- Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet

Background check and MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check will be performed and hiring process will move quickly.
