Specialists will manage a caseload of 1520 patients, including high-profile individuals, and serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and the clinical team. Responsibilities include managing provider calendars, scheduling appointments through Epic (EMR), communicating via email and Patient Gateway, and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
