Patient Scheduler (Boston)

A leading healthcare institution is seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Clinical Scheduling Specialist to support its disease-specific care teams in coordinating appointments for new and established patients. Specialists will manage a caseload of 1520 patients, including high-profile individuals, and serve as a key liaison between patients, providers, and the clinical team. Responsibilities include managing provider calendars, scheduling appointments through Epic (EMR), communicating via email and Patient Gateway, and prioritizing tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. This role is ideal for professionals with strong organizational and communication skills who thrive in fast-paced, patient-centered environments.

• 1 opening is 6-month contract to hire
• 1 opening is a 3-month contract with extensions
• 1 opening is a 3-month contract (covering medical leave)

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
