Job Description We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee projects from inception through design, fabrication, and installation.
This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be adept at using and improving our project management systems, managing client communications, invoicing, and conducting monthly financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities Manage projects end-to-end, from customer interaction and design oversight to fabrication and installation.
Utilize and enhance existing project management systems to track project progress and ensure efficiency. Handle all aspects of project invoicing and financial reporting on a monthly basis.
Collaborate with various teams to align project objectives and design concepts with client needs and fabrication capabilities.
Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, providing regular updates and strategic insights. Ensure projects are delivered on time, adhere to budget constraints, and meet or exceed quality standards.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience, preferably in design management, manufacturing, or a related industry.
Strong proficiency in project management software and Quickbooks. Excellent organizational, financial, and time management skills.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage cross-functional teams. Effective communication skills and proficiency in handling client relationships.
