An international manufacturing company in Humble is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their US team! The Staff Accountant will work directly with the Controller and team to prepare and maintain financial records.
Location : Humble, TX 77338
Salary : $65,000-$75,000
Responsibilities :
- Prepare balance sheets, P&L statements and other financial reports.
- Analyze current costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations to predict future revenues and expenses.
- Responsible for account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Calculate depreciation, balance sheet analysis, GL accounting, revenue recognition, and ensure accuracy of entries to ledger accounts.
- Handled month-end, quarter-end, and year-end activities.
- Maintain financial records and ensure transactions are properly recorded.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
- CPA eligible preferred
- 3+ years of full cycle accounting experience within a manufacturing company required
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel and MS Word
- Hands-on ERP experience required (IQMS preferred)
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment
