Skills : Required : S4 HANA ABAP ODATA API RICEFW CDS / AMDP Preferred : Agile methodology BTP Fiori / UI5 RAP CAP SAP RISE Education : Required : Any graduate Preferred : Description : This position will be part of the IERP API Enablement and Enhancements teams in the Enterprise Architecture Foundational Products group and this team is responsible to provide API Enablement and Enhancements development services using ABAP programming and ODATA services in S4 HANA.

Below are the high-level roles and responsibilities :

• Design and develop APIs to connect to SAP / Non-SAP using RFC, ALE / IDOCs, Output Programming using SAP Script, Smart forms, Adobe Forms.
• Integration with Non-SAP systems using Web Services / Proxies / APIs.
• Experience designing and maintaining Core Data Services (CDS) views and AMDP classes.
• Enhancing SAP system using BADI’s, User exits, Customer exits and enhancement framework options
• Build RICEFW’s (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows)
• Experience with IDOC and API Integrations using OData API, SOAP API and IDOC as XML.
• Good understanding of XML, JSON, SOAP, API and REST Web services
• Performance Tuning, problem solving skills and Debugging / Defect Management
• Strong experience in ABAP programming and development of ODATA services (preferably OOPS based).
• Good experience in ABAP Syntax and in BRF+ and in SAP upgrade projects
• To consult with architects to ensure design compliant to architecture standards and principles
• Reviews code developed by software engineers and provide feedback to ensure quality deliverable
• Ensures technical inspections are performed at appropriate stages of development
• Lead creation of production support documentation and provide production support for the objects developed
• Minimum 2 full SAP life cycle S / 4 implementations experience, preferably in the Finance, Purchasing and Manufacturing modules
• Exposure to SAP RISE, BTP integration tools, RAP and CAP is preferred Experience Required : 7 to 8 years of experience in ABAP programming with atleast 2 full lifecycle ERP implementation projects Experience Preferred : Experience in BTP and Cloud integration Additional Safety Training / Licensing / Personal Protection Requirements : Additional Information : Candidate expected to work onsite in a hybrid work model based on teams onsite schedule (currently 15 days per quarter).
