Lead Maintenance Mechanic Lebanon, PA The OpportunityOur client is a mid-sized metals-based manufacturing client who has engaged us to identify a Lead Maintenance Mechanic for their Lebanon, PA location.
This position reports to the Maintenance Leader and is responsible for performing maintenance and repair duties on various manufacturing equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and maintain production efficiency.
Other responsibilities include : Performing regular maintenance and repair work on conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulic / pneumatic systems, and other equipmentDiagnosing equipment issues, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing them as neededCollaborating with the maintenance team to identify technical issues and offer solutionsRecommending upgrades and modifications for increased efficiency and longevity of equipment and machineryPerforming routine maintenance procedures such as lubrication, cleaning, and inspection of equipmentWorking with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve overall efficiency Qualifications include : 3-5 years of experience in a maintenance mechanic role, preferably in the aluminum casting industryStrong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, industrial machinery, and specialized toolsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standardsAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints Requirements : Availability to work 6 : 30am-4 : 00pm, Monday-Friday, with flexibility for overtime and weekends as neededAbility to manage a team of 7 employeesStrong leadership and management skills, including the ability to coordinate with production teams If you’re interested in learning more, please let us know and we can arrange a conversation to provide more detail.
