Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena.
Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs.
Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

Job Requirements :
Critical Knowledge and Qualifications
- fluency in English
- graduate calibre with CIM or other relevant marketing qualifications
- strong communication and presentation skills
- willingness to travel within the UK and Ireland and occasionally to other european locations for participation in global marketing management activities and meetings
- multi-tasking ability to manage tasks and responsibilities independently in alignment global product and marketing teams
- key influencer skills and ability to manage different stakeholders to get buy-in
- strong leadership capabilities (for cross team working)
Critical Skills / technical know-how :
- excellent product management, market and marketing knowledge
- proficient in MS office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- experienced in the use of CRM systems
- financial planning and awareness
Critical Experience :
- experience of working in dental implants or dental industry preferable; medical devices experience may be considered
- marketing experience in dental industry would be an advantage
