IT Delivery Manager

As part of the Opportunity To Cash (OTC) IT Team, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Delivery Manager who possesses a deep understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework.

The ideal candidate has excellent facilitation and communication skills, a growth mindset and a desire to build high-performing teams in an Agile environment.

Where is the work :

Due to the nature of this role, this position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Responsibilities :

• Act as Scrum Master on scrum team while simultaneously teaching and reinforcing the Agile (SAFe, where applicable) best practices, and Lean principles among the scrum team
• Provides visibility into delivery targets, commitments
• Participate in communications with other Scrum Masters across other teams for the purpose of sharing best practices and lessons learned
• Protect your scrum team Actively work to mitigate impediments and set the team up for success
• Report risks when work is projected to be delayed
• Proactively create mitigation strategies for at risk work
• Proactively identifies impediments and appropriately resolves using network of peers and formal channels (including escalation if required)
• Provide a status of team's workload in Scrum of Scrum meetings
• Provide inputs / transparency to product owner briefings speaking to their team's work status
• Ensures team(s) maintain focus on quality and continuous delivery
• Be well managed understand and coach the team on delivery controls / compliance to minimize operational / reputational risk
• Advocates for team’s automation (testing, pipelines, deployments) / DevOps journey
• Coaches PO / team on backlog refinement and prioritization
• Utilizes team feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity and works with team to continuously improve
• Acts as an Agile mentor / coach to other Scrum Masters or any Agile role

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, business management or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Experience managing agile delivery teams & using Jira / Confluence
• SAFe Agile Certification
• Agile certifications to include : CSM, DASM, CSP, PMI's ACP, SAFe, PMP or Lean Six Sigma
