Job Title : CICS Systems Programmer
Location : Remote ( Part Time 20- 25 hr. )
Duration : 12+ months Contract (with possible extension)

- Building and Promoting native web services to production.
- Patching, Upgrades, Break / Fix
- Upgrades ANICO responsibility
- Patches Shared.
- Break / Fix Shared.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot errors.
- Dump analysis.
- Application Programmer support (considerable time).
- Troubleshoot, manage triage for addressing unplanned anomalies identified in Production.
- Manage tickets in ServiceNow.
- Be available for on-call support as needed.
- 24 x 7
- Sunday SLA and run times : 1 -7 AM Central.
- Online day time CICS support is 07 : 00 to 18 : 00
- CICS is available 24 x7 (except SLA).
- Starting / Stopping of CICS run times,
- Especially on MultiLine (Extended)
- Life (Inquiry).
