Job Description
We are hiring for a Lead Trainer to join our Operations / Medical Funding Team. Previous experience in leading & development is required.
Job Duties / Description :
- Responsible for developing a training process and training content for new hires
- Make sure new hires fully understand the scope of their position
- Implement operational improvements around training, support, and self-service solutions options for internal and external customers.
- Act as the main point of contact for new employees with any questions or concerns
- Develop and deliver on training modules
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- 2+ years of relevant experience in training or leading & development
- 2+ years of medical funding experience is a HIGE plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Additional Info :
- Pay range : $50k-$70k
- Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm
- Location : 100% onsite, Roseville area
