Position : Creative Virtual Assistant
Working Hours : Mondays to Fridays; 9 : 00AM to 5 : 00PM EST
Holidays : US Holidays
Salary range : $800 to $1,100 / month

The company is looking for a Virtual Assistant who will be responsible for helping with creatives and marketing efforts across a few companies.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative virtual assistant to join our team. As a virtual assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts through various tasks such as video creation, email marketing, and social media advertising.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create engaging and high-quality videos for social media and website
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns
- Manage and create content for social media platforms
- Assist with ad campaign management and optimization
- Support other marketing projects as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have :
- 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Virtual Assistant and / or Digital Marketing / Email Marketing / Social Media Advertising or similar
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact
- Knowledge of social media advertising, including Facebook and Instagram Ads
- FinalCut Pro proficiency
- SEO, copywriting and possibly funnel building (clickfunnels) experience
- Above Average to Excellent communication skills - strong communication skills
- Someone who always watches American videos, vlogs, movies
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Quality Mac or PC with high speed internet connection
- Portfolio required : samples of previous work, video editing they have done, copywriting samples, Canva Style marketing materials
Nice to have :
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
- A bit more experience in the creative industry
- Experience and working knowledge of Canva is highly preferred
- Strong video editing skills and experience with Create Studio Pro is a plus
- Mail and video editing is preferred
- Experience working in a remote environment
