$23-26 per hour; First-Year $50-60K+; Up to $100K+ annually

We are looking for a hunter and prospector! This position is for motivated individuals willing to cold call and hunt down sales! ProSource’s mission is to help our trade pro members and their customers complete successful projects.

As an Account Manager (Inside Sales Professional), you must be eager to learn and excited for the chance to help other businesses tap into the growth solutions that ProSource can provide while enjoying being a passenger on our FUN Bus!

We are not retail and do not operate like retail. The beauty of wholesale is that RELATIONSHIPS are our business. Your determination, charisma, and hunger will make all the difference in your success.

We take our job seriously, but we have FUN doing it! We don’t operate under retail hours, so you can expect a great work-life balance.

That's right, the ProSource Wholesale model has our showrooms operating under business hours. So, take off at 5 : 00, go home to your family, and don't even think about coming in on Sunday! We are open on Saturday by appointment only.

Plus, you will work alongside a team that will have your back and will provide you with the tools you need to succeed.

Like what you hear so far? Here’s the nitty-gritty This position is located at ProSource Wholesale of Tempe in the heart of Arizona.

You will be expected to generate new members from your assigned prospect territory primarily via telephone, meet with members who visit the showroom, and maintain relationships with current and previous members.

Our most successful account managers have come from a wide variety of backgrounds, but all have approached this position aggressively and have been willing to put in hard work to build their member base.

We look for individuals with strong verbal, telephone, and written communication skills, an upbeat attitude, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize proficiently.

It is also important that you display excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

What you’ll do :

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with current Trade Pro Members and their clients to make ProSource their primary source for flooring and cabinets
  • Proactively and consistently reach out to trade pros that are not currently members with ProSource to develop a buying member client relationship which will help them to grow their business
  • Be curious by asking questions and understanding your member’s or your prospect’s business, growth goals, and their current projects so you can assist them in providing solutions it’s customer service that separates you from the competition
  • Consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience for your trade pros and their clients
  • Learn and stay on top of the industry products, key home remodeling trends, and industry news by leveraging our extensive training opportunities, including online and classroom training, and vendor reps and events
  • Maintain and update our CRM system with information about your members and prospects
  • Have a sense of urgency and be motivated to meet and exceed goals
  • Build strong partnerships with the showroom team
  • Have a positive attitude, enjoy your job, and have FUN!

Our ideal candidate will have a background in design sales or flooring sales, but this is not a requirement; we have the tools to train you!

Benefits :

You will be paid a competitive starting rate of $23-26 / hr., plus commissions beginning day one! Depending on your drive and ambition you could earn $75k+ after your first year! In addition to a great work-life balance, you will also receive a benefits package that includes paid time off, 401k, and healthcare.
