QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience : Minimum of 8 years in technical program management within the telecom industry, in a multi vendor environment.
- Technical Skills : Strong understanding of subscriber provisioning, CDR generation, Charging and Policy functions in 5G standalone networks.
- Project Management : Proven experience in managing large-scale, cross-functional telecom projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and drive projects to successful completion. Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification.
- Technical Certifications : Relevant technical certifications related to UDM, UDR, CHF, PCF, or Packet Core systems.
