Job Description :

Locum CRNA needed in Grand Rapids, MI area ASAP ongoing!

Dates : ASAP
Schedule : 4-5 rooms per day, typically 8-hour day
Call : Call no required
EMR : EPIC
Cases : OB heavy, GYN, ENT, Ortho, Eyes, Endo, must do blocks, proficient in regional practice
Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days
Supervision : Independent practice
$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
