Job Overview
A reputable law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Private Equity Associate Attorney to join its Private Equity Group in Miami. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience advising private equity firms and their portfolio companies on a variety of complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and other corporate matters.

Duties
- Advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, equity investments, and other complex transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements related to private equity transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive legal support to clients.
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in private equity, preferably in an AmLaw 100 law firm or with SEC experience.
- Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good business judgment and conceptual thinking skills.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
Admission to practice law in the state of Florida.
