Leasing Coordinator Internship

This is a part time opportunity and we are flexible with scheduling!

As a Leasing Coordinator Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our incredible Leasing Team. This role requires frequent interaction and coordination with colleagues in Sales Operations to ensure appropriate and efficient document packages.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Provide assistance to our Leasing Coordinator Director and team.
  • Will learn the Leasing process and support Leasing Coordinators.
  • Makes sure all leases are executed and funding is done in our system.
  • Make note on any adjustments needd into the system.
  • Will work with reports in our CRM and MS Excel.
  • Researches errors and assist with lease returns.
  • Will communicate with internal team and customers via email.
  • Assist sales reps or customers with questions regarding leasing
  • Perform other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. Rising Juniors and Seniors preferred. Will consider postgraduates as well.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confident working with numbers and very detail oriented.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, but also able to contribute individually.
  • Must be proficient with MS office products.

The hourly rate for this role will be $20.00 / hr
