Sr. Hospital Marketing Manager for a successful surgical robotics company in the Bay Area.
Looking for a proactive, data-driven Senior Hospital Marketing Manager to define and scale our hospital-focused commercial marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape messaging, programs, and partnerships that position their therapy as a trusted strategic partner for hospitals and health systems.
What you’ll do :
- Develop targeted strategies for hospital executives, IDNs, and new sites of care to drive capital adoption & program growth
- Partner with Sales to deliver messaging, tools, and insights that enable a cohesive commercial effort
- Translate clinical and economic data into compelling value stories for hospital stakeholders
- Lead development of scalable programs, campaigns, and new business models aligned with hospital needs
- Track and analyze performance, optimizing campaigns and proving ROI
- Engage directly with surgeons, administrators, and KOLs to amplify their therapy’s impact
What we’re looking for :
8+ years in medical device product marketing and / or product managementStrong understanding of hospital finance, health economics, and adoption barriersProven ability to partner with sales and influence hospital decision-makersExceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for simplifying complexity
