Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Engineer in Ft. Wayne Indiana to join our esteemed client's team. The ideal candidate holds a High School Diploma with a College Degree preferred in Construction Management or a related discipline, coupled with a minimum of one year of experience in construction management within an A / E / C firm, including internships.

Key Qualifications :

• High School diploma or equivalent; preference for a college Degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year specifically in Construction within a similar role involving large projects, including internships or as a skilled tradesperson.
• A BA / BS / AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in verbal and written communication, as well as presentation skills.
• Proven ability in problem-solving and critical thinking.
• Proficient in Construction software, including Project Management tools (Preferably Procore), Microsoft Suite, Accounting (Preferably Sage), Scheduling (Asta or Project preferred), Modeling (Revit), and PDF Editing (Bluebeam).
• Fundamental knowledge of contract administration, Requests for Information, Schedule of Values preparation and adjustment for monthly billings, and creating bar chart schedules with an understanding of predecessors, successors, constraints, float, and lags.
• Basic understanding of AIA Contract(s) : A401, A121, A111.
