Ford Performance is looking for an experienced, talented, and highly motivated Motorsports Powertrain Multi-Body Dynamics Simulation Engineer to join our Global Motorsports department, with locations in Allen Park, Michigan and Concord, North Carolina.
Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment, developing cutting edge powertrains to race around the world.
This is a hybrid role out of Allen Park, MI or Concord, NC.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or similar related engineering field.
- 3+ years of engine and / or driveline development, design or testing experience.
- 3+ years of experience in multi-body kinematic / dynamic analysis using a commercially available software package . GT-Suite, VALDYN, AVL-Excite, ADAMS, etc.

- Competent with Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work across functions, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high responsibility.
