- Assign resources per Production Priority Plan to optimize output.
- Follow priority run lists and process documents precisely.
- Conduct Job Start-up, considering materials and process parameters.
- Ensure machines run within specifications, troubleshooting as needed.
- Start and shut down machines and auxiliary equipment as required.
- Sign-off on Production First Articles meeting specifications.
- Maintain quality control throughout production.
- Perform equipment troubleshooting and preventative maintenance, documenting all work.
- Ensure Operators have proper PPE and follow safety policies.
- Equip production lines with necessary tools and materials.
- Support continuous improvement and train new personnel.
- Blend, load, and document raw materials, ensuring resin levels are adequate.
- Assist with trimming, wrapping, and quality inspections.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations.
- Report productivity and issues to incoming Supervisors and team via email and reports.
