Akkodis is seeking an Agile Scrum Master for a contract job with a client in Pennington NJ(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants with a solid financial background.

The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Agile Scrum Masterresponsibilities include :

We are looking for a passionate and very experienced Scrum Master with expertise inJIRA and confluence.

Scrum Master will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the delivery of software across multiple teams in a two-weeksprint cycle.

The role involves managing the end-to-end agile delivery lifecycle.

Experience :

5+ year as a scrum master

Expert JIRA / Scrum / Agile experience

Strong Agile understanding with a comprehensive combination of execution and training in Scrum methodology

Expert knowledge of an Agile framework or method and understanding of software development lifecycle models

Experienced in establishing automated reports metrics leveraging JIRA for tracking / forecasting and managing work efforts across teams

Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly address issues or problems

Ability to coach and build a collaborative team of diverse individuals located across multiple locations.

Ability to assign and delegate tasks appropriately, ensure alignment with priorities and schedule, and ensure the team is fully deployed and productive.

Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles

Outstanding facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills

Proficiency in refinement, story grooming, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, PI planning,and other Scrum techniques

Experience in planning and problem-solving.

Qualifications

Scrum master certification

Bachelor'sdegree in Science / Engineering / IT

Pay Details : $75.00 to $80.00 per hour
