Charles County. This leadership role is focused on optimizing operations, driving sales growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a customer-first culture.

The Director of Operations will collaborate with corporate leadership to implement company strategies, manage store managers, and ensure operational excellence across all locations.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and support store managers in meeting performance goals and upholding standards through recruitment, training, and regular site visits.

Drive district sales by developing strategies, analyzing performance, and implementing promotional initiatives. Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, performing audits and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws.

Oversee dispensary operations, budget management, and inventory coordination. Uphold high customer service standards and implement training for exceptional service.

Act as a brand ambassador, fostering community relationships and coordinating outreach events. Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a multi-unit management role.

Experience in the cannabis industry is strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of state and local cannabis regulations. Proven ability to drive sales performance, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
