Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Operations and Business Development Analyst to support our hotel acquisitions, development, and operations performance initiatives. This New York-based, onsite role will partner closely with senior leadership to identify new opportunities, manage deal pipelines, analyze operational performance, and provide strategic support across our global luxury / lifestyle hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities

Operations Support

• Analyze hotel performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, labor costs, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Create dashboards and reports to support regional operations reviews and strategic planning sessions.
• Assist in developing and tracking KPIs across the hotel portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with property teams to gather data for benchmarking, process improvement, and cost control initiatives.
• Support operational project rollouts, task forces, and special initiatives as needed.
• Coordinate closely with Finance, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, and Human Resources to ensure alignment on development and operational goals.
