Our purpose is to serve the community's pet owners in the event that an emergency occurs after Primary Care has closed. Our highly trained staff provides intensive care, emergency surgical procedures, and hospitalization options.
Animal Emergency Clinic is fully equipped with digital x-ray, ultrasonography, spacious surgical facilities with monitoring equipment, in house laboratory machines, oxygen therapy, and a cat friendly ward! This all helps to provide our patients with the best quality medicine at the time of their visit.
Job Description Receive emergency and referral cases, manage hospitalized surgical and internal medicine patients, and collaborate with general practitioners and specialists.
Admit animals for urgent overnight care when needed. Examine, diagnose and treat a variety of ailments on small companion pets.
Provide wound care including local or full anesthesia. Monitor in-hospital patients a to maintain patients' health during ongoing hospitalization.
Provide educational advice to pet owners to ensure preventative measures are taken when needed. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university Current DEA License or obtained upon hire.
