- Prepare physical documentation for scanning in accordance with file preparation procedure.
- Scanning of documents at production scan station for electronic retrieval and retention purposes.
- Quality check completed scanned documents prior to indexing.
- Highlight any issues to I.T. Document Imaging Administrator for resolution.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in line with procedures where applicable.
- Leave work area clean, neat, and organized at the end of each shift.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, both written and spoken English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Computer literate with fundamental keyboarding skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computerized business applications, including but not limited, to the primary applications included with Microsoft Office.
